Known for his dynamic, multi-genre sets; 24 year old DJ Dwai bounces effortlessly between hip-hop, house and afro-latin sounds. Inspired by his international backpacking travels and Colombian-American upbringing, the Queens native is quickly making a name for himself in the NYC nightlife scene.
The self taught artist has shared the stage with seasoned EDM artists Cazette and White Panda and has spun at some of NYC’s premiere clubs and venues including Kinfolk, House of Yes, Mercury Lounge, Knitting Factory, Highline Ballroom, Marquee and The DL.
Dwai curates lineups from his extensive DJ network, which is deeply embedded in NYC’s underground and DIY scene.
